The main technique that we utilize in our office is the Cox Decompression and Flexion-Distraction technic. It is a gentle but effective technique that manipulates your spine in all different planes of motion to improve flexibility and decrease pain. Currently, Dr. Johnson is only one of four certified doctors in this technique in Minnesota and one of two in the Twin Cities metro area.

The benefits of our treatment method are two fold. One, it makes the therapy more effective, and two, it requires less treatment and promotes quicker healing. This is extremely important when a person wants to live an active life style with no limitations.
